We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our SAP S/4HANA implementation team in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Finance and Controlling (FICO) processes, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in S/4HANA transformation projects. This role will focus on designing, configuring, and optimizing finance processes to support a large-scale digital transformation within a fast-paced, global FMCG organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Configure and support key FICO components, including:
• General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
• Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA), Profit Center Accounting (CO-PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing (CO-PC)
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) and Integration with MM, SD, and PP
• Support financial closing, reporting, and reconciliation processes within S/4HANA.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated modules.
• Prepare and execute testing (unit, integration, UAT), data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Develop functional specifications for custom enhancements and collaborate with ABAP and technical teams.
• Conduct user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Act as a trusted advisor to finance and operations stakeholders, providing guidance on SAP best practices and business transformation.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants within the finance workstream.

Key Requirements:

7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, including at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation. Deep understanding of finance and controlling processes in a manufacturing or FMCG environment. Strong knowledge of integration points with MM, SD, PP, and CO modules. Experience with financial reporting, cost accounting, and profitability analysis. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT. SAP Certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance preferred.
