Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for facilitating the implementation and support of SAP Financials, with a focus on FICO Controlling. This includes tasks such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and more. Your role will involve performing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements, providing system solutions, conducting workshops to collect business requirements, mapping client requirements, and designing, customizing, configuring, and testing FI/CO modules. Additionally, you will be identifying gaps, issues, proposing solutions, and acting as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials with a focus on FICO Controlling - Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide system solutions - Conduct workshops to collect business requirements - Map client requirements, processes, and objectives, and develop necessary product modifications - Design, customize, configure, and test FI/CO modules - Act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting and solve software problems - Document functional designs, test cases, and results - Identify and propose business process/system enhancements - Provide consulting services on new implementations and existing support projects - Act as a liaison between business functions and technical team - Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required - Work self-directed and independently, may mentor more junior members Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a full cycle implementation and support projects - Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, HR, PP, and PM - Ability to multitask, manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously - Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company is an asset - Understanding of accounting business processes - Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with others - Results-oriented with a can-do attitude, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness,
