Job Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and manage product samples as per specifications and timelines

Coordinate with production, quality, R&D, and merchandising teams for sample development

Ensure samples meet customer, technical, and quality requirements

Maintain records of sample requests, approvals, revisions, and feedback

Monitor material availability and ensure correct usage for sampling

Conduct inspections and checks on samples before dispatch

Address sample rejections and implement corrective actions

Ensure timely dispatch of samples to customers or internal departments

Maintain sample inventory and reference samples

Follow company SOPs, safety standards, and quality guidelines

Support trials, pilot runs, and pre-production activities

Qualifications & Experience:

Strong knowledge of sampling processes and quality standards

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Good coordination and communication abilities

Time management and ability to meet tight deadlines

Basic documentation and reporting skills

Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred Experience:

Experience in handling customer samples and approvals

Familiarity with quality control procedures
