Job Title:

Salesperson – Data Cable Manufacturing

Location:

  • Reports To:

    Owner / Managing Partner


Job Summary:

proactive and results-driven Salesperson


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue

    new business opportunities

    in OEM, wholesale, and retail segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    existing clients

    to drive repeat sales.
  • Understand customer needs and provide

    tailored solutions

    , including product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate closely with

    production, logistics, and management teams

    to ensure timely order fulfillment and quality compliance.
  • Prepare

    quotations, proposals, and contracts

    for prospective clients.
  • Track and report

    sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities

    directly to the Owner/Managing Partner.
  • Attend

    trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

    to promote company products.
  • Achieve and exceed

    sales targets

    set by the Owner/Managing Partner.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in

    sales, preferably in electronics, cables, or accessories

    .
  • Strong

    B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills

    .
  • Excellent

    communication and interpersonal skills

    .
  • Knowledge of

    data cables, connectors, and technical specifications

    is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated and able to

    work independently with minimal supervision

    .
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication

    .
  • Willingness to

    travel domestically and for client meetings

    as required.
