Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Planning Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for trolley bags. Design & Development Work closely with designers and R&D to develop innovative and functional trolley bag designs. Ensure that all products meet ergonomic, aesthetic, and performance criteria. Oversee prototyping and product testing phases. Manufacturing Oversight Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing. Identify and source materials that meet quality and sustainability standards. Monitor quality control processes and resolve any production issues. Cost & Efficiency Management Optimize product cost structures without compromising quality. Develop and monitor budgets and product performance KPIs. Drive continuous improvements in the production process. Cross-functional Collaboration Serve as the central point of contact between design, production, marketing, and sales.
