Product Manufacturer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development, production, and optimization of our trolley bag product lines. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire product lifecycle—from concept and design to manufacturing and post-launch improvements—ensuring alignment with market demands, quality standards, cost efficiency, and brand positioning. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Planning Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for trolley bags. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product decisions. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align product positioning and pricing strategy. Design & Development Work closely with designers and R&D to develop innovative and functional trolley bag designs. Ensure that all products meet ergonomic, aesthetic, and performance criteria. Oversee prototyping and product testing phases. Manufacturing Oversight Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing. Identify and source materials that meet quality and sustainability standards. Monitor quality control processes and resolve any production issues. Cost & Efficiency Management Optimize product cost structures without compromising quality. Develop and monitor budgets and product performance KPIs. Drive continuous improvements in the production process. Cross-functional Collaboration Serve as the central point of contact between design, production, marketing, and sales. Communicate project updates, timelines, and changes effectively across departments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Product Management, or related field (MBA is a plus) Experience in product management or manufacturing in the luggage/bag industry. Strong knowledge of materials, supply chain logistics, and production processes for soft and hard-shell luggage. Proven track record of bringing products from concept to market. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
