Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Patna. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential clients, promoting ManipalCigna's health insurance products, and providing personalized insurance solutions. Responsibilities include pursuing leads, conducting sales presentations, assisting clients with plan selection, and meeting sales targets. Additional duties involve building and maintaining good relationships with customers and collaborating with the team to enhance overall sales performance.

Qualifications

• Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, relationship-building, and closing sales.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.
• Basic knowledge of health insurance products, or the ability to learn and understand product offerings quickly.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client interactions and meet sales targets.
• Previous sales experience in insurance, healthcare, or related industries is preferred.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum education qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
