Job Title: Salesperson – Data Cable Manufacturing Location: Delhi, India Reports To: Owner / Managing Partner Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Salesperson to join our data cable manufacturing company in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new B2B clients, and strengthening relationships with existing customers . The role involves direct reporting to the Owner/Managing Partner and contributing to strategic sales initiatives for the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in OEM, wholesale, and retail segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat sales. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions , including product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules. Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and management teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and quality compliance. Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients. Track and report sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities directly to the Owner/Managing Partner. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company products. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Owner/Managing Partner. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in sales, preferably in electronics, cables, or accessories . Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Knowledge of data cables, connectors, and technical specifications is an advantage. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision . Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication . Willingness to travel domestically and for client meetings as required.
