Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Vasai. The Salesperson will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's range of processing and packaging machinery. Key tasks include identifying and engaging potential customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role requires preparing customized sales proposals, staying updated on industry trends, and providing product knowledge and solutions tailored to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of sales processes, client acquisition, and business development strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand technical product details and provide relevant solutions
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
• Prior experience in sales within pharmaceutical or packaging machinery industries is desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Willingness to work on-site in Vasai and travel as required for client meetings and presentations
