Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in North Arcot and south Arcot preferably from Villupuram for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending suitable coffee products, generating new leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also involves meeting sales targets, conducting market analysis, and participating in promotional activities to enhance the brand's visibility and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management
• Basic knowledge of coffee products and an interest in the coffee industry
• Ability to analyze market trends and utilize data for performance improvement
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Tamil is a plus
• Previous experience in sales or retail is advantageous
