Role Overview:

As a Telecaller at Leo Coffee, you will play a key role in growing our customer base and supporting existing customers. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities:

• Call from a database of potential customers to introduce and sell Leo Coffee products
• Handle incoming calls from customers regarding orders, queries, and support
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service
• Build rapport with leads and ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Fluency in 

  Tamil

  (spoken)

  , Hindi

  (spoken)

  , and English

   (written & spoken fluency mandatory)
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales is a plus
• Basic computer knowledge mandatory, and familiarity with CRM tools preferred
