Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, based in Gurugram with the flexibility for some work-from-home options. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting the company's metal pre-treatment products. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, preparing sales proposals, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Salesperson will also collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and establishing client relationships Knowledge of chemical products and applications, preferably in metal pre-treatment or surface finishing Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment Prior experience in a B2B sales role is a plus Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry networking Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred
