Role Description We are seeking a full-time Salesperson to join our team on-site at our Thane location. The Salesperson will be responsible for driving sales by identifying business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and developing effective sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new clients, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The candidate will represent Gloseals' high-quality products and prioritize customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Qualifications Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management. Ability to conduct market research, identify target audiences, and strategize sales approaches. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to address customer queries and close deals successfully. Familiarity with the rubber and plastic product industry is highly desirable. Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications to track leads and sales activities. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
