Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 5–7 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and at least one additional Salesforce Cloud (e.g., Experience, Commerce, or Financial Services Cloud). This role requires strong leadership, architectural thinking, and hands-on development skills. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and other clouds Lead technical design sessions and code reviews with developers and architects Develop advanced customizations using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware Mentor junior developers and guide best practices for code quality, reuse, and performance Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Manage deployments, version control, and release management processes Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy for Salesforce platform usage Requirements: 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Expert-level knowledge in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Experience in at least one additional Salesforce cloud (e.g., Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or FSL) Strong command of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow Builder Proven track record in API integrations and enterprise application architecture Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments Good communication with presentation skills Have experience of creating demos/ accelerators and presenting them to larger audiences Nice to Have: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization and Salesforce Data Cloud Knowledge of industry-specific solutions (e.g., Financial Services, Health Cloud) Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and project leadership experience Show more Show less
