Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy Salesforce solutions with focus on
Service Cloud
(Console, Omnichannel, Case Management, Knowledge, CTI).
Build
Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce, LWC/Aura Components
.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using
REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events
.
Ensure code quality through
reviews and best practices
.
Collaborate with BA, QA, and developers to deliver business requirements.
Mentor junior developers and support
release/deployment
activities.
Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree
in CS/IT or related field.
5–10 years
Salesforce development experience, strong in
Service Cloud
.
Proficient in
Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL/SOSL
.
Knowledge of
Salesforce configuration
(flows, objects, validation rules).
Experience with
Salesforce APIs
and deployment tools (e.g., Copado).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills; Agile experience.

Platform Developer I & II
Service Cloud Consultant
Administrator
