Your Role: Senior Salesforce Developer / Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer / Architect to design, build, and drive the development of a fully customized Salesforce solution at Y-Axis.

This role blends hands-on development with technical leadership, giving you the opportunity to define system architecture, own the full SDLC, and mentor a growing development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop high-quality Apex code and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Build and maintain integrations with internal and external applications via REST/SOAP APIs.

• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including stakeholders, analysts, and developers—to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

• Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding best practices and development standards.

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits, security protocols, and architectural guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong exposure to architecture and solution design.

Technical Skills

• Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Strong command of Salesforce integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs).

• Proficiency in Salesforce DX, DevOps workflows, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Ability to architect scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Creative & Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills, able to engage with both technical and business teams.

• Leadership qualities with the ability to guide, mentor, and influence.

• Ownership-driven, reliable, and able to perform under timelines and pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Technical Architect certification or advanced Salesforce credentials.

• Experience driving large-scale Salesforce transformations or enterprise implementations.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and cloud-native DevOps practices.
