Specializing in Oracle Cloud, automation, data intelligence, and enterprise consulting, they help businesses modernize their systems and accelerate innovation at scale.Job Summary:About the RoleLooking for a seasoned BI / Analytics - Lead Dev/Architect with 7+ years of experience, strong SQL, and expertise in Looker Studio and/or Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA). The ideal candidate needs to be a Salesforce Sales domain expert, capable of engaging with business owners to distill requirements, implementing complex reports and dashboards, and managing a development team to build or enhance analytics features.Key Expectations● Engage with business stakeholders to understand needs, distill requirements, and design analytics solutions aligned with business goals.● Able to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations. Must be able to guide team members in analysis.● Develop and implement complex reports and dashboards in Looker Studio and/or CRMA.● Strong understanding of traditional BI concepts including star/snowflake schemas, cubes, and ETL.● Lead and manage a development team to enhance analytics features and ensure the timely delivery of BI solutions.● Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.● Utilize Google Spreadsheets for advanced data analysis and validation.● Leverage Salesforce standard reports and dashboards to validate and supplement analytics solutions.● Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all analytics tools and platforms.● Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Sales domain analytics, guiding best practices and solutions.● Ability and willingness to quickly learn new BI tools and adapt to evolving business requirements.Required Skills Experience● 7+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data-driven roles.● Strong SQL expertise and experience with large datasets.● Hands-on experience with Looker Studio and/or CRMA for building interactive dashboards.● Utilize Google Spreadsheets for advanced data analysis, including formulas such as XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and SUMIFS.● Deep knowledge of the Salesforce Sales domain, including standard reports, dashboards, and sales processes.● Experience engaging with business owners to gather requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.● Experience managing and mentoring a development/analytics team.● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Nice-to-Have● Experience with additional BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.● Exposure to ETL processes or data warehousing concepts.● Familiarity with other Salesforce modules beyond Sales.● Tableau CRM Einstein Discovery Consultant/Tableau Certified Data Analyst/Tableau Desktop Specialist certification.
