Job Description

Role Overview

Salesforce Developer

You will work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, customize and configure the Salesforce platform, and enable users to fully leverage its capabilities. The role involves automating complex business processes, developing reports and dashboards, conducting user training, and applying both declarative and programmatic skills to deliver customized Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in

    scope definition

    and

    requirements gathering

    , ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is shared with project teams.
  • Manage

    user administration

    , including new user setup, deactivation, and ownership transfers of Accounts, Contracts, and Opportunities.
  • Configure and enhance Salesforce applications, and provide support to resolve

    configuration-related defects

    .
  • Maintain

    data integrity

    across systems, advise on report and dashboard design, and offer

    system management expertise

    .
  • Define and enforce

    code management standards

    , including check-in, backup/recovery, and version control processes.
  • Support and manage

    integrations

    between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
  • Develop comprehensive

    Salesforce training materials

    covering Accounts, Contracts, Opportunities, Leads, Case Management, Activities, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Support

    Train-the-Trainer

    initiatives in collaboration with the Salesforce Product Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

    in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years

    of hands-on experience delivering Salesforce solutions across the full program lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in the

    Banking or Financial Services domain

    .
  • Strong expertise in

    reporting, analytics

    , and working with complex customer and commercial data sets.
  • Advanced skills in

    data extraction, transformation, and visual analytics

    .
  • Experience in

    account, portfolio, and client management

    within Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to make

    strategic and commercial decisions

    that positively impact short- and long-term business results.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Developer or Administrator Certifications (e.g.,

    Platform Developer I/II

    ,

    Administrator

    Sales Cloud Consultant

    ).
  • Experience with

    Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)

    Salesforce APIs

  • Familiarity with
