Job Summary:

Salesforce CPQ Developer

You will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce CPQ functionalities to support Sales, Finance, and Legal processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal) to elicit and understand business requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, functional and technical requirements.
• Design and implement Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions aligned with business goals.
• Conduct impact analysis and recommend solutions that align with best practices.
• Prepare detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Support system testing and coordinate

  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  .
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers and admins to implement and deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure system integrity, data quality, and security compliance within the CPQ platform.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum

  6 years of experience

  in Salesforce with at least

  3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ

• Strong understanding of

  Salesforce CPQ and Billing functionalities

  .
• Solid experience in

  eliciting business requirements

  and driving consensus across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Ability to perform

  techno-functional analysis

  and work across both technical and business teams.
• Excellent

  documentation skills

  and proficiency in tools like Confluence, JIRA, Lucidchart, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in

  testing and UAT coordination

  .
• Strong

  communication and stakeholder management skills

  .
• Salesforce CPQ Certification is a plus.
• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum environments
