Salesforce Administrator & Configuration Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and Process Builder.
• Perform data imports, updates, and ensure data quality using Data Loader or similar tools.
• Create and maintain Reports and Dashboards for business insights.
• Automate business processes using Process Builder, Flow, and Approval Processes.
• Troubleshoot system functionality issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement efficient solutions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, workflows, and best practices.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with policies.
• Work with development teams for advanced customizations (Apex, Visualforce) when needed.
• Provide end-user support and training on Salesforce platform usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Workflows, Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules.
• Hands-on experience with Data Loader or equivalent data management tools.
• Proficient in building Reports and Dashboards.
• Good understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Admin Certification (preferred).
