Sales Training Manager

Job Title: Sales Training Manager (Inside Sales- Lead Conversion)

Location: Zirakpur (Near Cosmo Mall) , Chandigarh Tricity
Salary : Rs. 20,000- 30,000/ month (in hand- no deductions) + Monthly Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
Training Strategy & Curriculum Development

• Design and maintain a comprehensive training program focused on lead qualification, objection handling, upselling, and closing techniques.
• Create playbooks, call scripts, cheat-sheets, and e-learning modules tailored for inside sales.

Enablement & Coaching

• Deliver interactive workshops, role-plays, and ride-along sessions for a team of 50 inside sales reps.
• Conduct regular call audits, scorecards, and one-on-one coaching to reinforce best practices.

Performance Management & Analytics

• Define KPIs (conversion rate, average call duration, pitch adherence) and build dashboards in the CRM to track progress.
• Analyze performance data to identify skill gaps, then iterate training content to address them.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Marketing to align lead nurturing content and with CRM/IT to ensure seamless data flow for training insights.
• Work with Product & Dietitian teams to keep sales reps up to date on new offerings and compliance requirements.

Continuous Improvement

• Solicit feedback from sales reps, managers, and customers to refine training materials.
• Roll out “quick-hit” micro-learning sessions for urgent skill needs (e.g., holiday campaigns, new product launch).

Team Leadership

• Mentor and guide 5 Sales Trainers, set their targets, and drive accountability for training delivery and impact.
• Foster a culture of peer-learning and recognition through knowledge-sharing forums and contests.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven inside-sales training track-record (3–5 yrs)
• Strong coach-ability & communication
• Expertise in sales methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
