Job Description

As a Training Design and Delivery specialist, your role involves developing and implementing training modules for both new and experienced sales employees. Your responsibilities include: - Establishing benchmarks for On-the-Job Training (OJT) and Classroom Training (CRT) to ensure trainees meet or exceed performance criteria. - Customizing training content based on the skill level and experience of participants. - Delivering engaging CRT sessions covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills. During On-the-Job Training (OJT), you will: - Provide hands-on coaching during live customer interactions, ensuring adherence to sales best practices. - Assess trainee performance and offer actionable feedback for improvement. - Evaluate and certify OJT performance against pre-defined benchmarks before deployment. In Classroom Training (CRT), you will: - Conduct structured sessions focused on theoretical and practical aspects of sales. - Utilize interactive teaching methods such as case studies, role-plays, and group discussions. - Monitor trainee progress and ensure they meet training benchmarks. For experienced employees, you will: - Design and deliver upskilling programs to enhance sales performance. - Introduce advanced sales techniques, objection handling, and negotiation skills. - Provide refresher courses based on performance gaps identified in collaboration with the quality team. Your collaboration with the quality team includes: - Identifying training needs and incorporating feedback into training modules. - Analyzing sales quality reports to address recurring issues through targeted training. - Regularly updating training materials to reflect changes in products, services, or market trends. In terms of Performance Tracking and Reporting, you will: - Use assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations to measure training effectiveness. - Maintain records of training attendance, progress, and post-training performance. - Report training outcomes and improvement metrics to senior management.,
