Sales Trainer

As a Sales Trainer at Urbanrise, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for the Sales team to ensure actual transformation happens. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and delivering training programs for the Sales team and following up on development goals. - Influencing Team Leaders to train the sales/presales frontline staff for better execution of duties. - Conducting on-the-job and induction training at regular intervals. - Performing training needs analysis and preparing a training calendar for the entire team. - Improving training effectiveness through the development of new approaches and techniques, making support readily available, and integrating support with routine job functions. - Counseling and coaching to enhance the performance of sales/presales personnel. - Collaborating with management/Director HR to evaluate the company's training requirements. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA with certifications in Training (preferably from NIS Sparta or other reputable training institutions). - 10-15 years of experience in Sales/Sales Training/Coaching, with 5-6 years of experience in training/coaching sales teams being mandatory. - Significant sales and sales leadership experience before transitioning to Training. - Highly energetic, analytical, and passionate about training. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
