Sales Trainer

As a Sales Trainer at our company, your role will involve designing and delivering structured training programs for new hires and existing sales team members. You will create engaging training content such as scripts, presentations, call guides, objection handling techniques, and role-play scenarios. Regular refresher training sessions will be conducted by you to ensure the team is updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards. Your responsibilities will also include working closely with Sales Team Leads to identify performance gaps and conducting targeted coaching sessions. You will use call audits and performance metrics to provide constructive feedback and improve sales conversion rates. Additionally, conducting 1:1 and group coaching sessions to address individual and team development needs will be part of your role. Continuously assessing training effectiveness and recommending process or content improvements based on feedback and performance results will be crucial. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing and Operations to keep training content aligned with business goals and updates is essential. Furthermore, as part of your role, you will be responsible for maintaining records of training sessions, participant feedback, and post-training performance analysis. Providing regular training effectiveness reports to the Sales Manager and leadership team will be required. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 5+ years in a sales role, with at least 2 years in sales training, coaching, or team lead capacity. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field. - Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process, including cold calling, lead qualification, objection handling, and closing. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to conduct engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually. - Experience with CRM tools and call tracking systems is a plus.
