Sales Trainer

Role Overview: You will be a full-time on-site Sales Trainer located in Kochi. Your main responsibilities will include designing and conducting sales training programs, delivering engaging presentations, and developing training materials. You will evaluate the performance of sales teams, provide feedback, and enhance sales techniques through targeted training sessions. Additionally, you will ensure that all sales staff possess strong customer service skills.
