Sales Trainer

**Role Overview:** As a Sales Trainer for a leading Diamond Jewelry Brand in Coimbatore, your primary responsibility will be to provide training to the sales team with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training. Candidates from the retail industry are preferred for this role. The salary offered can go up to 5 LPA based on your current salary. You should be willing to travel across Tamil Nadu for this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct sales training sessions for the sales team - Develop training modules and materials to enhance sales skills - Provide feedback and coaching to improve sales performance - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales training - Background in the retail industry is preferred - Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu - Strong communication and presentation skills Please note that this role offers benefits such as paid sick time, provident fund, performance bonus, and yearly bonus.
