Sales Trainer

As a Product & Process Trainer at our company, you will be responsible for preparing and conducting various training modules including Product and Process Training, Soft Skills Training, Communication Skills Training, Sales Training, SOP Training, and Induction. Your role will involve monitoring and coaching agents on aspects such as grammar, pronunciation, syllable stress, and English language proficiency. Providing consistent coaching and feedback to improve employee performance will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will support floor training initiatives and assist in the design and development of training material. You will also be required to provide feedback for enhancing training content and developing action plans to improve employee skills. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and conduct various training modules including Product and Process Training, Soft Skills Training, Communication Skills Training, Sales Training, SOP Training, and Induction - Monitor and coach agents on grammar, pronunciation, syllable stress, and other aspects of the English language - Provide consistent coaching and feedback to enhance employee performance - Support floor training initiatives and assist in the design and development of training material - Provide feedback for training content enhancement and development - Develop action plans for improvement and ensure advisors are skilled in handling customer interactions - Coach advisors on products & processes, create learning solutions, and customize training delivery - Provide Financial Market Training on Forex & Comex, conduct OJT & Refresher Training, organize JKQ & Complete Certification Process - Conduct sessions on Compliance & Customer Satisfaction - Execute all duties as assigned by the company Qualifications Required: - Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate - Knowledge of Global Market (Forex & Comex) - Fluent English Communication, Sales & Marketing Skills required If you are a talkative, enthusiastic, and innovative individual with the desired qualifications and skills, we encourage you to reach out to us for an interview.
