Job Description

Job Summary:

Field Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver
induction training
and onboarding support to new field sales employees.
Conduct
on-the-job training (OJT)
through market visits, shadowing, and live demonstrations.
Organize
refresher sessions
for existing employees to address performance gaps and improve efficiency.
Monitor and coach sales staff during field visits to improve pitch quality, conversion rates, and customer handling.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline
25 years of experience in sales training or field sales, preferably in telecom, fintech, FMCG, or consumer products.
Strong grasp of
feet-on-street sales models
and retail distribution.
Must be comfortable with
extensive field travel
and on-ground coaching.
Fluent in
Tamil
and
English
.
