You will be a key player in the Sales Team, responsible for designing and delivering training programs, onboarding new hires, and mentoring team members to improve performance. Your mission: elevate the capabilities of the team, ensure consistent learning, and enable the salesforce to achieve and exceed targets.

• Designing and conducting engaging sales training sessions
• Onboarding and mentoring new sales hires
• Tracking performance metrics and providing actionable feedback
• Collaborating with internal teams to align training with business objectives
• Creating learning materials and structured programs for continuous development
• Bringing practical sales experience and a consultative approach to training

We are curious, do you have these?

• 1-2 years of experience in sales training is a must

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in EdTech, Insurance, or related fields
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate team members effectively
• Customer-first mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
