Sales Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to enhance the selling skills and product knowledge of our sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our employees are well-equipped to effectively promote and sell our range of home and small appliances.

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct engaging sales training sessions focused on home and small appliance products.
  
• Design and develop training materials, modules, and workshops to improve sales techniques and product understanding.
  
• Train employees on effective sales strategies, product features, customer engagement, and closing techniques.
  
• Evaluate training outcomes and provide actionable feedback to improve performance.
  
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
  
• Stay updated on new product launches, industry trends, and competitive insights to keep training content relevant.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar sales training role, preferably within the appliance or retail industry.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
  
• Ability to simplify complex product details for better understanding.
  
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
