Experience Required

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience as an

  Automobile Sales Trainer

  (preferably in 2-Wheeler industry).
• Must have prior experience working in a

  dealership as a Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  Sales and Product Training

  for Dealership Sales Consultants.
• Deliver

  Soft Skills Training

  for dealership manpower.
• Ensure completion and certification of trainings as per OEM standards.
• Deliver

  New Product Launch Trainings

  and plan training budgets.
• Conduct sessions through

  classroom and digital learning modes

  .
• Deliver

  Competitive Brand Knowledge

  and

  On-the-Job Sales Training

  .
• Conduct

  market visits

  to competitor brands and create training content based on insights.
• Follow up with DSEs for e-learning course completion.
• Maintain training effectiveness with at least

  70% DSE passing percentage

  .
• Achieve monthly

  man-day training targets

  as defined by OEM.
