Design, develop, and update training programs for sales, Operations personnel, covering topics such as Effective Sales, customer service, product knowledge, and dealership processes.
Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and create targeted programs to address specific areas for improvement.
Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for Sales Consultants, CRE, and other support staff.
Utilize various training methods, including workshops, on-the-job training, e-learning modules, and classroom sessions to accommodate different learning styles.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
Ensure that all Employees personnel are well-versed in dealership policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Conduct training on compliance requirements, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in automotive after-sales services to ensure training materials remain relevant and effective.
Coordinate with OEM and Maintain 100% manpower trained on all OEM trainings.
Maintain Data of Manpower trained/Yet to be trained.
