Job Description

As a Sales Trainer at our company, your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for call center and field sales teams across India, focusing on sales skills, product knowledge, and communication. Your role is crucial for establishing a scalable sales training infrastructure and improving sales performance. You will be expected to: - Design and deliver sales training modules covering soft skills like communication, negotiation, objection handling, and sales pitching, in addition to providing detailed product and process training for sales staff. - Offer personalized coaching by analyzing client interactions, identifying performance gaps, and providing actionable feedback to enhance sales effectiveness. - Collaborate with subject-matter experts to maintain updated training content, customize methods for different teams, lead onboarding and continuous learning, and assist in building digital training infrastructure. - Be prepared for extensive travel across the country to fulfill job requirements. - Demonstrate a proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to the development of a scalable, modern sales training infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Structure and conduct interactive training modules on sales soft skills, product, and process training for Sales Executives and Call Center employees. - Provide personalized coaching to sales executives, review client conversations, diagnose performance gaps, and guide them towards measurable improvements. - Collaborate with Sales Team subject-matter experts to learn products and processes, and update training materials accordingly. - Adapt training methods and content for diverse sales teams, assess training outcomes, and evaluate participant progress. - Lead onboarding programs for new hires and provide ongoing learning sessions for current staff. - Help define requirements and support in building a scalable training infrastructure. Skills and Behavioral Competencies Required: - Strong training facilitation, sales, and negotiation expertise. - Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages. - Ability to master complex product features and lending processes. - Capability to develop engaging training content. - Effective collaboration with internal stakeholders. - Analytical thinking to assess training effectiveness. - Networking, influencing, and negotiation skills. - Self-confidence, resilience, and ownership. Preferred Skills (not mandatory): - Voice & Accent Coaching experience. - Qualifications: Graduate in any stream, MBA from a premier institute. - Experience: 4-7 years in sales or sales training roles, hands-on training delivery experience, and training certifications preferred.,
