Job Description

Gender Preference:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Telecaller to join our sales team at Topmate.io. You will be responsible for selling premium Generative AI courses on behalf of our course creators through outbound calling and lead conversion.

About the Course You'll Be Selling

"Introduction to Generative AI"

  • Fundamentals of Generative AI and its applications
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies
  • Practical implementation strategies
  • Industry use cases and career opportunities
  • Future trends in AI and automation

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students interested in AI/technology courses
  • Present course benefits and features effectively to potential customers
  • Handle inquiries, objections, and provide detailed course information
  • Follow up with leads through structured calling campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build rapport with prospects and maintain professional relationships
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize conversion strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Gender:

    Female candidates only
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales/telecalling
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Basic understanding of technology/online learning (preferred)
  • Comfort with making 80-100+ calls per day
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience selling educational courses or digital products
  • Knowledge of AI/technology trends (advantage but not mandatory)
  • Experience with lead management and conversion funnels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary:

    3.5 LPA fixed salary
  • Incentive Structure:

    10% commission on all successful sales
  • No ceiling on incentives

    - unlimited earning potential
  • Performance-based bonuses and rewards
