Compensation: ₹4–9 LPA, with additional performance-based incentives. Notice Period: Candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less are preferred. Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments. Resilience and motivation to handle rejections and stay positive. Capability to improvise sales pitches based on customer interactions. Maturity to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Ability to keep the sales team motivated.
