Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and people-focused Team Lead to manage and guide our tele-calling team. This role is responsible for building a high-performing team, driving consistent results, and ensuring the smooth delivery of academic and learner support services across both UAE and Indian markets.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve performance and enrollment targets
  • Build a collaborative, learner-centric, and high-performance team culture
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill-development initiatives

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and process adherence
  • Track KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and outcomes
  • Support the rollout of new programs, systems, and cross-functional initiatives

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, education regulations, and quality standards
  • Monitor learner and stakeholder feedback to identify and implement service improvements

Communication & Reporting

  • Act as the primary liaison between the team and senior management
  • Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and action plans
  • Manage escalations and resolve complex operational or learner-related issues

Growth & Expansion Support

  • Support expansion into the Indian market, including process setup, team hiring, and execution
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Admissions, Curriculum, and Finance teams to ensure a seamless learner experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Management, or a related field
  • 5–12 years of experience in team management, preferably within education, training, or service-based industries
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English (regional language proficiency for India/UAE is an advantage)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in diploma or certification program delivery, particularly adult learning
  • Understanding of education operations in Indian markets
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM
  • Experience in project coordination and process optimization

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,683.06 per month
