Paytm is Hiring! – Team Leader (QR & Soundbox Vertical)We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to join our growing Paytm team.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in QR & Sound box sales.
Strong team-handling experience
Age below 30 years
Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving skills
Ability to drive performance and achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor and motivate the field sales team.
Drive QR & Sound box acquisition and activations.
Ensure productivity, performance tracking & reporting.
Implement strategies to achieve business goals.
Location: T.Nagar, Vadapalani, Virukambakam, KK Nagar, West Mambalam
