Sales Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead and guide our sales representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising, training, and mentoring the team, setting sales goals, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and experienced in driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Provide coaching, support, and training to enhance the team’s skills and performance.

Monitor team performance and conduct regular performance reviews.

Set and communicate clear sales goals and KPIs.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Work closely with the Sales Manager and other departments to align sales goals with business objectives.

Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, performance, and customer interactions.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service practices.

Ability to analyze data and performance metrics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
