Market Research & Business Expansion Identify new product categories and business opportunities on GeM & IndiaMART. Keep track of competitor activities, pricing trends, and buyer preferences. Customer Relationship & After-Sales Support Coordinate with the operations and accounts team for timely order execution and billing. Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
