Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for the sales team and management. Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data. Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize sales meetings, conferences. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and necessary materials. also should have knowledge of working on MS Word. Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver compelling sales presentations Monitor industry trends to identify potential sales opportunities Lead and oversee sales teams to achieve organizational targets. Develop strategies, monitor performance, and provide training to team members. Analyze market trends and adjust plans for optimal results. Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for the sales team and management. Oversee daily operations and ensure the team meets targets and objectives. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their best performance. Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies and regulations. Analyze team performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Should be graduate in any specilization Must have experience of 1 year + in sales and team handling. should be flexible for multitask should be presentable and should have good communication skills.
