Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Reporting Executive to manage and coordinate reporting activities across multiple departments and centers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and proficiency in advanced Excel. This role requires consistent interaction with Center Managers, the Back Office, and multiple functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Fee Recovery Reporting: Track and report new admissions and semester-wise fee collections from all centers. 2. Academic Reporting: Consolidate and analyze weekly student feedback reports. Maintain faculty performance reports and lab activity records. 3. Training & Placement Cell: Maintain records of student internships, placements, MoUs with companies, and related documentation. 4. HR Reporting: Prepare weekly HR reports department-wise and campus-wise including attendance, new joiners, and staff updates. 5. Digital Marketing Reporting: Daily and weekly reporting on SEO performance, Facebook and Google Ads campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to track performance metrics and billing. 6. Examination Cell: Assist with exam schedules, student attendance during exams, and reporting outcomes. 7. Inventory Management: Track and report inventory usage, stock levels, and requirements across all centers. Candidate Requirements: Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 3-5 years preferred in a similar role.  ageshould be, between 30-40 year  Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficient in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, etc.). Strong coordination and interpersonal skills. Presentable, enthusiastic, and confident in communication. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
