Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Wayanad branch operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the education or study abroad industry, with proven leadership skills and a passion for driving business growth through effective team management and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Lead, train, and motivate the counseling and sales team to achieve targets.
Develop and implement branch-level marketing and outreach strategies.
Handle client interactions and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely reporting and coordination with the head office.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Age: 20 to 35 years
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Minimum 2 years in the education or study abroad industry as a Counsellor, Team Lead, or Sales Head.
Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
