About the Role:
We are hiring a Sales Team Leader who can manage a small team, drive sales productivity, and
maximize conversions for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead, mentor, and guide a team of sales executives and tele callers.
● Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved.
● Handle client queries, project presentations, and site visits when needed.
● Provide training, motivation, and performance feedback.
● Coordinate with the management team on sales strategies and reporting.
Requirements:
● Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience.
● Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
● Strong negotiation and closing skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Pay: ₹14,887.13 - ₹47,655.85 per month
