Job Description

As a Team Leader Operations (Sales) at our company, you will be responsible for managing operations seamlessly and ensuring timely SLA delivery while maintaining high levels of employee and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing Insurance Sales for Health/Motor/Life products - Establishing and managing relationships and engagement with clients - Organizing resources, setting goals, developing call-out strategies, and reporting to executives and clients on a daily basis - Managing day-to-day sales targets for B2C sales - Conducting field visits with the team - Ensuring team members achieve agreed standards in their job assignments - Implementing a buddy system to maintain operations smoothly during times of absence and managing work schedules and absences - Closing all audit-related issues - Collaborating with internal teams - Being the key contact for all problems and queries related to the specific business assigned Additionally, you will have ISMS responsibilities, including: - Ensuring that project management methods incorporate information security objectives - Conducting an information security risk assessment at the early stage of projects - Integrating information security into all phases of the project methodology - Addressing and reviewing information security implications in all projects regularly Desired Skills and Experience: - Minimum 1.5 years of experience in team handling - Experience in managing a team of at least 10 members - Proficiency in outbound process and telesales - Fluency in Malayalam and English What we offer: - Endless growth opportunities - Group medical coverage (GMC) - Gratuity as per applicable laws, which is over and above the total offered CTC Join us and be part of a dynamic team where your leadership skills will be valued and growth opportunities are endless.
