We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to oversee our sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring team members, and developing strategies to enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
