Role Overview:

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional with strong leadership skills, capable of building high-performing teams, driving revenue, and owning complete business outcomes.

The company intends to hire sales executives for Shimla, Solan, Mandi, and Kangra locations under the supervision of the Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Drive sales independently in the private and education sectors.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
• Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends for management.
• Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Sales professional with team leadership experience, adept at working alone or with a team to consistently achieve goals.
• The candidate must have their own conveyance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
• Target-driven and strategic thinker.

Education:

• MBA in Sales & Marketing, B. Tech in ECE, or Any Graduate with experience.
