The ideal candidate should have knowledge of IT hardware products and solutions systems and proven experience handling government procurement & tenders. Key Responsibilities: Develop & implement sales strategies to drive the company product & solutions. Generate leads, qualify opportunities, and close B2B sales independently. Liaise with contractors, consultants, and decision-makers to win projects. Deliver impactful product presentations and technical discussions. Coordinate with installation & technical teams for seamless execution. Track tenders, market trends, and competitor activity in the region. Work independently to manage the complete sales cycle and oversee projects from lead generation to final execution. Candidate Profile: 5-7 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in Fire & Security, IT solutions, or system integration. Must have excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills. Should own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler and preferably a laptop. Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
