Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead based in Dharmapuri. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing the sales process, developing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and maintaining accurate records of sales performance. The Sales Team Lead will also ensure excellent customer service, communicate effectively with the team and clients, and provide coaching and support to team members as needed. Qualifications Team Management and Communication skills Analytical Skills and ability to analyze sales data Experience in Sales and Customer Service skills Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in a similar role is a plus
