Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Develop sales strategies to maximize productivity and conversion rates.
Manage team attendance, discipline, and adherence to process guidelines.
Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and sales ethics.
Collaborate with trainers and quality analysts to improve team performance.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 12 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader in a BPO / Call Center.
Prior experience in outbound/inbound sales processes is mandatory.
Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
