We're looking for a seasoned professional who has:

1. Successfully managed a sales team of at least five employees.
2. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Experience in designing and implementing strategic sales plans.
4. High energy, excellent negotiation skills, and a relentless drive for conversions.

A Typical Day in the Life:

As a Team Lead, you'll be the driving force behind your team's success. Your days will be a mix of coaching, strategizing, and motivating. You will:

1. Coach, train, and mentor your team of management trainees and travel consultants.
2. Coordinate weekly meetings to track progress and ensure everyone is on target.
3. Assist and coach team members on client calls and demos.
4. Develop plans to manage and build business opportunities with assigned accounts.
5. Motivate and support your team to smash their monthly goals.
6. Serve as an escalation point of contact for clients.
